outside, bright inside! That’s the best description for this dark-complexioned,
5’6” guy who’s consistent in 430’s Top Ten both in Academic
and Technical. Arnel may be serious in his studies, but don’t get
the impression that he’s a nerd. He’s got a lot of time for
basketball, biking, and watching T.V. Cool na cool, Arnel never gets
pikon although often teased by classmates. Always friendly, cheerful,
helpful, well-behaved, this citizen of 430 can surely be counted as
